SAS Poorna Arogya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd

Sudhanand Poorna Arogya Scheme (SPAS) was designed and implemented by the SAS Poorna Arogya Health Care Pvt. Ltd. in Mysore as a community based Private and NGO sector joint venture to provide low cost health care services to the urban and rural poor in collaboration with NGOs/ NGO-MFIs / Cooperatives and network of recognized hospitals.

Under this scheme NGOs /NGO-MFIs /Cooperatives were encouraged to partner with the Health Trust and issue Health Cards to their urban and rural beneficiaries, most of whom were poor. The local hospitals signed agreements to be part of the network and provided healthcare/medical services to the card holders. The Scheme was inaugurated with Kadamba Foundation based in Uttara Kannada district, in the first quarter of 2010, and sold to L&T once the Karnataka Government launched its BPL Health Scheme.

In 2019, we began our BPO services through SAS Poorna Arogya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Our partner client, Cabrillo Coastal General Insurance Agency LLC, is one of the largest home insurance providers in the US. They are based out of Florida, USA, and have outsourced many of their operations to us for the better part of 3 years.

In 2022, we set up our IT wing as well, and have since built a Software Testing team and a Data Science team. Software testing is a crucial phase in software development, ensuring that the application functions correctly. It involves various techniques like unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and more, to identify bugs or issues before the software is released. Automated testing tools help streamline this process, increasing efficiency and reliability.

The software team is experienced and focused on maintaining quality and being efficient. Out testers currently help in testing our partner’s website using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, etc. We perform different types of testing such as functional, performance, security utilizing tools like Selenium, Jira/Mantis, RPA and more.

We have plans and are on track to being one of the biggest BPO and IT companies in Mysore.
