Sudhanand Group came into being in the year 2010, with the vision and mission of serving the poor by providing easily accessible and affordable quality health care services. It was conceptualized and established by Founder and Chairman, Rtn. Dr. Arjun Sachidanand.

Since then and under his leadership, Sudhanand Group has grown into a conglomerate of companies spanning health care, hotel & hospitality, education, BPO & IT, organic farming, sports and health care consulting.

Mr. Vijay imbibes two plus decades of experience with holistic arenas of expertise comprising of ITES, Customer Orientation, Client Management, Operations, Admin, Quality, Compliance, Human Resources and Project Management. Mr. Vijay has been instrumental in leading many pilot processes and has worked with major giants like Mphasis, Hinduja's, Bharat BPO (IRCTC), Tata's, Rprocess, Conzulere Next wealth and Aspino.

Mr. Vijay is a Post Graduate with MSC (IT) honours and accounts to be pivotal in defining, measuring, executing processes and ensuring paramount output to success.

Abhinandan S. Rao

VP - New Initiatives & Investments

Mr. Abhinandan S. Rao has an MBA specializing in Health Care and Hospital Administration from JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research.

He has experience in managing many departments such as operations, quality, and administration, and has a keen eye for detail in every work. He possesses extensive knowledge in hospital management and has strong exposure working in corporate setups. After experiencing firsthand the workings of today's corporate health care, he developed a strong interest to help cater to the needs of the poor and underprivileged.

Mr. Abhinandan brings to the table his experience in hospital operations, quality, team building, problem management and corporate liaison.

Mr. Srinivas completed his MSW and aligned himself with Sudhanand Group during 2010. Since then he has been instrumental in diligent process handling of all departments like Operations, IT , Admin. Mr. Srinivas takes care of Complete Operations of Sudhanand Group and ensured top notch growth for our organisation.

Mr. Srinivas has 13 years of complete Hard-Core Operations and is very flexible to adapt to the changing business trends to ensure optimal growth for the organisation

Mr. Keshav is a well-versed auditing & accounting professional who has more than 11 years of experience in the health care industry.

He is responsible for accurate efficient accounting processes and oversees the business's day-to-day financial operations. He is involved in guiding financial accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

He examines and improves operating practices, whilst managing financial and risk management processes of the organization. His mindset is geared toward accuracy, stewardship, policy, and ethics. He derives extreme satisfaction from developing the data that guides strategic decision-making and helps the organization’s financial performance and direct accounting operations.

Ms. Meghana handles public communications, client coordination, operations, and manages different verticals of Sudhanand Group.

Optimizing Customer managerial skills

Ms. Meghana has more than 3+ years of experience across multiple departments in Edtech and Insurtech industries, certified in Digital Marketing and Strategic Planning, Roadmap Monitoring in service/product life cycle development.

Ms. Meghana has an outstanding record with customer escalation management.

Having been a management student from a reputed B-School, she constantly loves to explore various disciplines to broaden her own business/management pursuits.

Syed Abdul Wahab
Project Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the ITES field, Mr. Syed manages client interactions ensuring smooth operations at SAS. He also oversees many different areas of our business and performs a wide range of duties such as recruiting, analysing productivity data, optimizing processes & procedures, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Ashwini A
Team Lead - Pre-Underwriting
Ms. Ashwini has a work experience of over 12 years and is technically sound with a gambit of programming languages. She is VCP certified and currently handling a team of 40+ Policy Process Associates, successfully ensuring all client needs are met within the turnaround time.
Nagashree Nagaraj
Team Lead - Software Testing/QA
Ms. Nagashree is very versatile with Software Testing and QA activities. Having over 6 years of industry experience, she has a solid hold on areas like SDLC, STLC, Design, development, and maintenance. Nagashree heads the Software Testing team at SAS and is inclined to deliver the best within the specified timelines.
Umamaheshwari H. G.
Team Lead - Risk Preview
Ms. Umamaheshwari is a Postgraduate in Commerce and started her professional career at SAS soon after. She handles a team which does Risk Preview, a subset of the PUW Process, and has elevated herself from being a Process Associate to a Team Lead sheerly on her learning and leadership skills.
Rakesh S.
Team Lead - Claims
Mr. Rakesh has 4+ years of experience in the Insurtech industry as a claims specialist. He began his professional journey at SAS as a Process Associate and rose the ranks to be the Team Lead for Pre-Claims in a very short time span. He is meticulous in his work and one of the most technically sound individuals at SAS.
He has helped build several teams at SAS Poorna Arogya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and heads the Claims team whilst being the liaison for SAS and Cabrillo processes in Mysore.
